• Store in a pouch or jewelry box when not wearing
• For bracelets, roll it over your closed fingers and try not to overstretch it

Silver Fashion Jewelry 101
All fashion jewelry is normally made the same way I make them no matter where you buy them. In my shop, I make them to really last.

Sterling Silver: No matter where you buy sterling silver jewelry, you will eventually have to clean it with a sterling silver polishing cloth or liquid cleaner. The moisture in the air will tarnish it, but they can be clean and shiny again with not much effort. Both types of cleaners do a very good job.

Stainless Steel: The stainless steel jewelry I purchase should not tarnish and you shouldn’t have to clean it as often, depending how often you wear it, but when you notice they need cleaning; you can just use warm soapy water with an old toothbrush, which does really well or something similar.

If I really like a silver piece of jewelry, I will buy it no matter what it is made of and just clean it when it needs it. I have both types in my shop and at home.

They’re both really beautiful when they are polished & cleaned, but I really do like the antique look of sterling silver when it’s tarnished.
